Anneleise Shepherd has 16 years of experience developing and delivering Communities First projects in the south Wales Valleys. Working with creatives, businesses and organisations she has designed, delivered and promoted a wide range of community activities including family fun days, workshops, and focus groups. As well as getting to know local audiences, Anneleise has also been involved in community-based skills development including one-to-one mentoring, managing volunteer placements and establishing community voluntary groups.
